Arturo and Aiden really took good care of me! I come down once every few months and help my son. His car was parked and had the Pineneedles all over it. They took the time to spray it off really good to get rid of the Pineneedles and made sure that my car was clean..

Great customer service, quick wash, and decent price for what you get! I’m taking a star off because of the vacuums. The suction is so poor, I saw more than one person trying to figure out how to unclog them. What could have taken me 10 minutes took me over 20 because I had to scrub the nozzle into the carpet to get crumbs out.

Artai at the Lents location did an outstanding job spraying down my truck, he took extra care spraying my step rails on both sides, sprayed the top of the cab and my Tonneau bed cover he also asked if I wanted my side mirrors pushed flat against my windows. He was courteous and very pleasant. Best service yet to date.

I have been using this washman for years now and I’ve always had good experiences! I’m part of the unlimited wash program which is just amazing with all the pollen in the air in portland! Everytime we go to run errands we just pop in real quick. It’s only $20 a month and being able to use the vacuums when I have 3 kids in the car is a life saver! I got a new car and was able to transfer the program over really easy and Arturo helped me get all set up with that!

I had a great experience at Washman and wanted to give a shoutout to Arturo for his excellent service. From the moment I pulled in, he was friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure everything was done right. Customer service like that makes a big difference, and it’s the reason I’ll keep coming back. Thanks again, Arturo, for going above and beyond!
